Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club (LHVC) introduces the Smiles program, a rewarding initiative designed to enhance your vacation experience by allowing you to earn and redeem points -referred to as “Smiles” – during your stay.

Earning Smiles

You can accumulate Smiles based on several factors:

Type of Accommodation: Different lodging options offer varying Smiles rewards.
Length of Stay: Longer stays result in more Smiles earned.
Upgrades: Enhancing your accommodation during your stay can increase your Smiles balance.

For example, at the Puerto Plata resort, a 3-night stay in a Tropical room earns 300 Smiles, while a 14-night stay in a Villa can earn up to 7,000 Smiles.

Redeeming Smiles

Your accumulated Smiles can be redeemed for a variety of products and services at the Puerto Plata resort, including:

Select Excursions: Experience local adventures and activities.
Yin Yang Spa Access: Enjoy unlimited access to the Jacuzzi and pool area, as well as select spa treatments.
Personalized Dining: Indulge in customized fine dining experiences.
Photo Shoots: Capture memorable moments with couple or family photo sessions.
Flower Delivery: Add a special touch to your stay with floral arrangements.
LHVC Merchandise and Gifts: Take home souvenirs and exclusive items.

Please note that while Smiles can cover a portion of the cost, any remaining balance must be paid by cash or credit card.

Getting Started

To participate in the Smiles program:

Register: Complete the verification form on the LHVC Lifestyle Smiles website to receive your unique member ID number. Book with Your ID: When making reservations, ensure you include your member ID to earn Smiles for your stay. For more information and to register, visit the lhvclifestylesmiles.com
