THE EVENT 2024: A Weekend of Connection and Celebration!

We are excited to share the highlights from THE EVENT, our recent three-day gathering held last month, which brought together our community for an unforgettable experience filled with excitement, connection, and entertainment. Here’s a recap of the incredible activities that took place:

Our journey began with the Dominican Experience Excursion, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the vibrant culture and stunning landscapes of the Dominican Republic. From exploring local markets to indulging in traditional cuisine, attendees truly embraced the local flavor.

Following the excursion, Real Estate Owners gathered for a Dinner with the Chefs. This exclusive dining experience featured exquisite dishes prepared by top chefs, paired with engaging conversations about the latest in real estate opportunities.

The Chairman’s Circle Terrace was alive with energy during our Southern Swirl Social Meet & Greet, where everyone mingled and enjoyed a delightful evening of good food, great company, and live entertainment.

Health and wellness were at the forefront with our invigorating yoga and Zumba sessions. These activities provided a refreshing way for members to connect while enjoying some exercise in a beautiful setting.

For those looking for a bit of friendly competition, our Pickleball Tournament was a hit! Members showcased their skills and sportsmanship, making for an exciting day filled with laughter and camaraderie.

The Villa Park Palooza was a fantastic opportunity for members to explore our stunning properties during the Open House at Villa Park 13 and 14. Attendees enjoyed guided tours and experienced the luxurious lifestyle we offer.

The grand finale of THE EVENT was the Livestock Show and Rodeo at The Center Court. With a Southern/western-style theme, attendees were treated to a spectacular Rhinestone Rodeo featuring live music from Frandy Alcantara and Band, DJ Castaneda, and the jazz quartet“Proyecto Piña Duluc.” The evening was further enhanced by an incredible laser show, mapping display, and lively performances by our Lifestyle Dancers.

To cap off this remarkable weekend, our Western Sunrise Brunch provided the perfect setting for members to relax, reflect, and enjoy delicious food while sharing stories from the weekend’s festivities.
